Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided or the transaction has been completed. This includes consultation fees, administrative charges, and related service fees.
However, Jing Realty may consider issuing a refund in certain circumstances, including:
- The service was not delivered as agreed
- There was a clear billing error or miscommunication on our part
- A refund is required under applicable law
- Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Property Deposits and Reservation Fees
Deposits, reservation fees, or payments made in connection with securing or reserving a property may be subject to separate agreements or contracts.
In most cases:
- Reservation fees and deposits are non-refundable once processed
- Any refund exceptions will be governed by the specific agreement signed by the parties involved
Clients are encouraged to review all agreements carefully before making any payments.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund:

3) Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Processing may take 7–14 business days after approval
